OSHWA loves it’s sponsors and we pride ourselves in treating all sponsors fairly and equally in their respective levels. We do not give different or additional perks outside of what is listed in each level. Speaking spots cannot be attained through donation.
Donor Levels:
This year the Summit is two days! Double your donation to get two days worth of perks!
SUPPORTER: $300 for the first day -$600 for both days
Perks:
- ONE complimentary ticket to the Summit

- Your logo will appear on the central stage slide (used between speakers, breaks, and at beginning and closing remarks)* $300 sponsors logos will appear on day one, $600 sponsors logos will appear both days

ENTHUSIAST: $1,500 for the first day – $3,000 for both days
Perks:
- $1,500 = TWO complimentary tickets $3,000 = THREE complimentary tickets
- Your logo will appear under “Enthusiast” on the website
- Your logo will appear on the central stage slide (used between speakers, breaks, and at beginning and closing remarks)* $1,500 sponsors logos will appear on day one, $3,000 sponsors logos will appear both days

FANATIC: $4,000 for the first day – $8,000 for both days

- $4,000 = FOUR complimentary tickets $8,000 = EIGHT complimentary tickets

- Our website sponsorship wall is organized such that the higher your sponsorship level, the higher up in the logo list your logo appears
- Please send in a vector images that scale well on a large screen

**Notes on the Goodie Bag**
- This year we will have a physical goodie bag, and a digital goodie bag that will be emailed to participants. The Digital goodie bag can be leveraged to save waste and help our planet.
- There will be ~200 physical bags, so you will need to make at least that many of any object you wish to add to the bag.
- We strongly discourage any paper items. Encourage building and making with your promotional items!
- Any fliers must be smaller than a 4”×5” postcard size. We recommend stickers!
- If including an item in the goodie bag, email us and let us know to expect it.
- ALL items must be received by April 10, 2023 to be included in the bag at the Summit.
